Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear sir, I am m.Veeran aged 57 Ex SENIOR Bank Manager of Union Bank of India wrongful dismissal from that bank.
1.Falsely says loans are sanctioned by me even though Inquiry Officer says NOT PROVED.Disagree by DA & not to give personal hearing also.
2.Due to stake amount of Rs 95.44 lacs in 59 a/cs but that a/cs are not discussed.
3.Appellate Authority says falsely his report is TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR.
4.In 42 branches, including Regional Office Madurai engaged outsider but management dismissal me only
5.Sweeper not posted for 5 years but management charge sheeted only to me
