Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Dear Sir
I am working in Partnership firm, since 2015 Sept, only two persons are working, they have not paid me for 8 months, ie NOV & DEC 2019, JAN, FEB & MARCH - 2020 & JAN, FEB & MARCH - 2021, my salary is Rs. 21000, (Rs. 14500 is transferred through bank and Rs 6500, by cash), presently I am working there.
Note : Due to Co vied they have - reduced my salary since May 2020 by Rs. 5000.
May to Dec 2020, received salary of Rs. 16000 per month
Whenever I request them the clear my balance salary, they have been delaying and giving excuses.
Kindly advice what action I can they against them, if the do no pay my salary.

If you have proof of such you may resolve it out off the court if it would not be possible you may file case to recover your salary.
