Legal Question in Employment Law in United Arab Emirates

I'm Deepak and I got a job in Dubai into sales and have been working here for 2 and half months and still under probation and in limited contract. As there was no sales happening the company started ill treating me and I decided to give it a quit and returning India now for personal family reasons. My labor card and visa is cancelled for now and my employer is asking me to exit the country within 30 days.

My wife is also working here and i'm looking forward to come back here to work again. I am aware of the ban here and since I have quit I will be in 6 months ban and I have to get a minimum of 5k or more with degree certificate attestation or get a job in free zone.

My employer is wicked i'm little worried so as to what he can do although my Visa and labor card is cancelled? As I said I would return back and look forward to work here in the coming future.

Dear Deepak,

Since your Labour Card and Visa is already cancelled, the Employer can at most affix a six months ban from entering the UAE on your Passport. If the ban is affixed, you are entitled to enter the UAE and take up another job after six months.
