I was an employee in IT company from last 2.5 yrs. i didn't received anything except relieving letter. My salary, documents, etc are now pending from last 90 Days and i am not receiving any response. Please guide for the next steps.

Immediately serve a legal notice calling upon them to clear the due within a week. Otherwise, either approach labour court or file a suit for recovery in civil court.
