Legal Question in Employment Law in
i am an employee. i recently finished my graduation and joind one sme now i have left my job because of bad financial condition of organisation. i have a cheque of my salary i presented it to bank but it is dishonnoured then i had word with company then they said wait for one month we will clear it and now i am out of fund i need my money back i am thinking to present it again to bank and to take some legal action. one month has been passed after dishonout the cheque . give me rigt sugession.

You should take a legal action against the company. Present the cheque again in the bank and start the legal action under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
