Follow up question:

What if the contract doesn't have a fixed period. Like for example, it says as long as the account exists the employee is still under the contract.

Should the contract state a specific period of service, like for how many months or years?

In that case after a year of employment the employee becomes regular until such account exists. YOU READ ARTICLE 280 OF THE LABOR CODE.
