Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello,

This is Rupesh.

Please guide me.

I am entitled for the yearly performance bonus (variable - according to performance) which is a part of my gross salary.

Now, i am leaving the company. As per the company's fiscal year, i worked for 11 months.

Due to this 1 month short company is not paying any performance bonus to me, saying it is a yearly bonus.

is it wrt what they are saying.?? I think they should pay bonus for 11 months.

Please help!!!

Send them a legal notice through an advocate and demand the bonus for 11 months on a prorate basis. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
