Legal Question in Employment Law in Portugal

hi , i was hired from india on expat status ,as director quality,and production for a hotel company, i have had a good track records, i was suddenly asked to leave have a victim of unfair termination , but have completed 16 months

i have been asked to discontinue without any written notice, with out any reasons given, my salary with held for last 2 months. i am in portugal,do you have legal office in portugal
