Legal Question in Employment Law in India
HI i joined a new firm and served there for 2 weeks after that i resigned from there at the time of resignation hr told me that i can be relieved immediately but now after 2 weeks the are asking me for notice period amount i have HR mail conversation and my resignation copy as i never asked for immediate relieving it was they who gave me do i have some rights in this case?

Dear Abhishek,
The mail confirmation by HR relieving you immediately is sufficient and substantial evidence for you not to pay the notice period amount to the Company.
