Legal Question in Employment Law in India

hi. my name is keshava km. i completed Msc. im stayin in bangalore. i was working in one international school. bfre joining i signed a small agreement dat i will not quit the school in between acadamic year, if v do need to pay 3mnths salary.. and also i have submitted my original marks cards.. bt due to some personal problems i couldnot inform an i hav taken 2months leave.. after i went and requested for job and if not possible return to my marks cards.. but they telling i has to come from next acadamic year and also not ready to return my maks cards.. they r asking 3mnths salary to giv my marks cards.. even i didnt get any id card, salary slip, esi-pf facilty , offered letter also.. i hav acknowldgemen for keeping marks marks cards.. now please suggest me how i hav get marks cards.. i begged them anythng but they not conviencied.. suffering from 1month .. please help me

demand your marksheet from them in writing if they fail to respond serve them with a legal notice you can also file a police complaint.
