Lotus Fruit Juice Ltd has been in the business of producing fruit juice for the past 5 years. It offices are located at Tema Light Industrial Area and has 40 workers. A labour inspector has been asked to inspect the site but the owner of the company, John Doe does not want him around.
Critically examine the why there should be labour inspection, the duties and powers of the labour inspector.
Advise John Doe of any liability he is likely to incur.

John Doe can be held liable for criminal action if he tries to evade and avoid the visit of the Labour Inspector to the Factory premises.
