Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan

here, i m working in Project Office, karachi (health department) since june 2011, on yearly contract basis, we got extension yearly n three years back ,we all staff got contract extension till project end ,

our salary is generated from PC I, PIU base, on lum sum amount n increment year wise

this office was monitoring with the help of consultant, construction n renovation of hospitals in different districts of sindh

e.g DHQ Hospital Badin, Thq H Kotri etc.

this project started with three scheme but expended to 7 schemes ,became umbrella scheme.

water commission took decision to handed over construction works to relevant department Work n service govt. of sindh on 4 april 2018 n got stay order

water commission didnt declared any decision about staff jobs.

we staff automatically terminate on 30 june 2018

7 employee hired advocate n took stay order n registered case for regularization at health department on april

rest didnt

i am also under act of 2013 for regularization but did not participate in court case.

In sindh cabinet , they passed summary to regularize only doctors , rest employee from different scheme rejected

we were included in it.

Question :

shall i collect n give receiving for my terminate letter from office one month back noticed ??

or apply at court for regularization ??

what is best suggestion for me , what shall i do ?

I would suggest you approach the court for regularisation of your services. It is a best case especially in the presence of policy and act.
