Hi, i was a permanent employee of the Company and company terminated me due to performance issue.they just paid me for what i worked . i just want to know that as per labor court law company will pay me salary of 30 days or 90 days but company denied to pay this they are saying they do not have any such clause in the company.
So could you please tell me that Am i entitled to get any salary ?
and what is the procedure to get it.
