Legal Question in Employment Law in
My previous employer is not releasing my salary of 52 days. At the time of relieving they had taken my signature on company's letter-head stating that they take about 3 months for FULL-n- FINAL, but after more than 3 months they have not released my salary and also they are not picking my phone nor replying to my mails. Please suggest me what action should i take ?
