Rispected sir, i want to know that acording to company rule can labour or technician get some benifit frm company. Those labour do work duration 1 and half year at the company. copany giving last final after completed company work. Company frm mp doing work in mh. Plz kindly guide us. We r weting.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the labour or technician's appointment is purely contractual on daily wages, the Company is not liable to give any benefits other than the wages to the labourers.
