selection committee voileted appointment process in making panal. can an employee ,who had full required qualification for the post, be dissmissed by employer?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Just by having the required qualification for the post, does not necessarily imply that the job should be given to you. Nothing can be taken for granted. There may have been many other candidates as equally qualified as you are, and they may be more deserving than you for the post.
