Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir, My fiancee has signed a bong of 2 year , and at the time of signing it HR said that it can be waved off in case of marriage, but now they are changing their statement and asking her to pay. More over they have stopped her last month salary without any reason. she has to go back to her home town to get her mother operated, her mother is suffering from some stomach disease and doctor sggsted her to get operated as soon as possible. we are in big trouble. kindly suggest what should we do ?

send legal notice & u may file case before labour court & u can file writ before High Court

Dear Sir / Madam,

An employment bond is draconian and is considered illegal since it tantamounts to bonded labour. Your fiancee should issue a notice to the employer to pay up all her dues and as promised waive off the bond.
