Legal Question in Employment Law in India

sir,

i have seen so many times that when any recruitment for the post of J.E for which diploma certificate is required, BE holders are attempted the exam who doesn't have diploma certificate & they recruited also, so please tell me if any law to prevent this.

please respond as soon as possible. i need on urgent basis.

A B.E degree holder is considered eligible to apply for a post of J.E. even though the advertisement mentions it is for diploma holders. This is because a degree holder is considered more qualified than a diploma holder.
