Hello Sir, Thanks for ur answer, But having more queries...

if you have not done anything detrimental to harm the interests of the organization - what exactly it means. I have not done anything illegal. Means not stolen anything from company (many hardwares are there with me like iphone ,ipad and laptop. I have handed over to colleagues) And also i have not interacted with client about anything. Handed over everything related to me to colleague. And company may or may not be in loss coz it was an startup company. Im not having any idea about it coz i have worked there for only 1month and 14 days.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Even though it was a start-up Company, your employment certificate is issued by the HR Department of the Company. When I say that you have not done anything detrimental to harm the interests of the organization, means I am referring to the point that you ought to have completed the "hand over process" to your immediate reporting senior on your last working day in the organization.
