Hello sir,
I was working in Emax Pvt Ltd. I worked their 5 months. Then, I requested resignation. now, they are treatening me that they will hold my Salary cheque. Is it possible sir.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Once you have resigned from the Company, your liability towards the Company remains to serve the notice period as mentioned in your Offer and or Appointment Letter and the Company liability remains to pay and settle your full and final settlement dues owed by the Company.
