Legal Question in Employment Law in

Hello Sir/Madam,

My company has revised the notice period from 1 to 3 months with nothin but just email. I know it's not ethical and I can win over the situation. But i need advice on how to proceed. If it had to be taken legally what are the steps I need to take. Please advice on the Legal Clause that I can highlight while speaking to the HR regarding this before taking things legally
