I have a small business, i have hired two part-time employees who work for only 4 hrs, is this mandatory for me to provide minimum wages, pf and esic facility?

yes, it is goods, but it is also minimum 10 employees also.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you are well below the minimum threshold of employees making it mandatory for the employer to provide for minimum wages, PF and ESIC, it is at your discretion to provide for minimum wages, PF and ESIC to the two temporary employees.
