Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I am working with Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The company did not pay salary of almost 28 months to its employees. The employees did meet the M.D. on innumerable times. Each meeting was given a promise that they are looking for an investor and they are positive on the deal. The company had defaulted to Lenders, NCD holders, F.D. holders and statutory payments. Term Lenders, NCD holders and some creditors have filed winding petitions. Can employees can file a winding up petition. How soon the verdict will take place? If so, kindly suggest name and telephone/mobile numbers of good lawyer who are sincere in their profession. Kindly advice

Thanks and regards
