Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I'm working in IT sales and services provider company. Here I put resignation after completion of 1year , As per company rules They want 3 month notice period and 3 month salary too. Or work for 3 months without salary. 3 months notice period as per offer letter and 3 months salary for service bond. In service bond there is 4 sheet paper in that my sign is not there in all four paper only in last paper my sign is there and in last paper only my name and company official sign is there nothing writtten there. plz suggest me is that service agreement is valid or not because there is no signature of mine at each paper of service agreement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you have signed the employment service agreement, you remain bound by it. However, you can request the Company to waive one of the condition.

In such a situation one can argue that the clause is arbitrary and you need not fulfill your part of the contract. In the event your employer happen to go to the court for the enforcement of the contract then it will be difficult for them to prove the same, as there are judgements protecting your interest.
