Shari Qanoon ki mutabiq dada ki property me grand son and daughter ka koi hisa nhi because wo apny walid k waris hen or walid k nam par jo hogi wo hi unhen milay ge . grand son and daughter dada k waris nhi.
anyhow Muslim family laws pakistan k mutabiq section 4 me grand son and daughter ko his deya gaya he.
