Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
DEAR SIR,
We are tenant in a building for last 15 years. There we will be no tenant agreement between us but we have service tax, proffetion tax, income tax records at the same address(i.e. we have proof 0f living 15 years there). Now our landlord told us that he wanted to develope the property so he called us to evict. sir, then what we should do? is there any way by our law with us?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Without the main Tenancy Agreement if you having been living in or prior to 1985 recognizing you as the legal Tenant, or the Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) recognizing you as the Licensor of the flat premises, all ancillary evidence or proof you have is meaningless.
