Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I am a doctor and conduct my practice out of an existing polyclinic setup where i have been practicing for last 14 years. I have an agreement with the owner of clinic which is a plain paper agreement and is neither notarized or registered. Now i have to apply for an import Export code which requires me to have a Leave and License agreement. How can I convert the existing plain paper agreement into a legal document which i can produce to the bank for purpose of changing my adress for the account i hokld with them from my home adress to my clinic address as the procedure for IEC requires a bank's tsatement with my office address. Will appriciate any help as this issue has halted both my IE code and Bank Loan processes at this [point of time.

you can enter into a renewed leave and licence agreement with a refrence to the present agreement .Let this document be registered. you can furnish both the documents to the bank and it may solve the issue. for further clarifications contact 9312411481.
