Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Eviction position has been admitted by P&H High Court. My tenant has been ordered to meanwhile pay mesne profit to be deposited in court of rent Controller. rds. He is depositing the same. We are Senior citizens. Can we request the court to allow us to withdraw the amount of mesne against Bank security as we require the money urgently.
