Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I file tenant eviction case in 2006 ,now my and witness's cross check over since
last six month yet opponent not file his witness affidavit and case not proceeds
till the date ,every time adjournment(muddat),so pl.advise what can i do for case expedite and over.can i request to lord to trminate opponent right's to presentation?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you have the right to file an application requesting the Judge to cease the opponent's right to make any further presentation / submission to the Court.
