Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

My grandfather registry a land to me which is previously register himself and he was purchased from someone else i.e. this is not paternal land. Now my uncle object in that how can he registry the land in your name he is not able to do that even his son, wife and grandmother is alive.

I have a rigistry papers. i previous tell this is not a paternal land this land purchased by my grandfatehr to take money of my mother and committed to when your son will 18 i will transfer that land to his name. what is the legal way ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

The entire sequence of property registry indicates that it is paternal land only ... transfer of title from your grandfather to you as the grandson / grand daughter through your father. You should inform your uncle that he can go to the Court or do as he so wishes in the matter.
