what is the maximum period for the application of standard rent in uttarpradesh?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Standard rent was prevalent in the old landlord tenant arrangement which has been abolished since 1985, and the new Licensor - Licensee arrangement wherein the lease charges are annually reviewed is in place.
