Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have given money RS 4 lacks for lease house. House Owner he didn�t give the house and failed to return the money RS 4 lack but he is signed lease agreement and promissory note along with these bounce cheque. If filed the case in the court, how long will take for judgment.
