my property of 20guntha (r) in reservation and reserved by municipal corporation in 1983 but not used till date. now can i get back and under which provision . thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can reclaim the property or alternative property or monetary compensation from the Municipal Corporation by establishing your title ownership thereto.
