Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

we r 4 coowners of our ancestral agri. land.eldest bro. planted trees on his share of land which is not partitioned by law and on higher valued land.request for his decree turned down by court.can rest 3 of us get higher valued land equally divided among 4 despite plantation.elder bro didnt obtain noc from us before planting trees.

If the land is not partitioned, then all of you have a right to claim over the land of higher value. Moreover the court has turned down his request and now you all 3 have a better case. To know us better, please click on the links below:

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should submit a letter in writing to the Tehsildar / District Registrar to Survey, sub-divide and Partition the land into four equal parts.
