Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have sign unregistered leave & license agreement with the tenant three years ago and not renewed that after 11 months.
My tenant has left the house but didnot given two months rent can i filled a case for recovery with unregistered agreement in nagpur maharashtra.I also not given written recepit for rent to tenant nor I have any record of rent.
