Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan

Sir,
Aoa. It is stated with due respect that I ,Ehsan Ullah had bought a house in Gujranwala 8 years ago and gave it on rent as me and my family was living in Saudia Arabia. But now as I have sent my family to Pakistan so I have been requesting the person living on rent in my house to evacuate the house for past 6 to 7 months but that person is not evacuating my house.
Therefore, i wanted to ask whether you can tell me solution of this problem and about the steps I can take in order to claim my house back.
