Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir, i have a joint named plot with my father and brother in JAMABANDI. My brother has the full possession of that plot and due to our other property division dispute, my brother is not giving me the possession and demarcating of my share from that plot. Kindly suggest me in detail the easiest way how can i legally get possession and demarcating my share of that plot. If court case/police complaint, which type of case and documents to be required for that?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will have to file a writ petition in the Court for demarcation and possession of your share in the joint ownership of the plot.
