Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in
our tenanted property was sold by our trust to a pvt. developer, conveyance deed was signed in may, 2010, yet trust has not informed tenants in writing that they have sold the property and on the other hand developer presurises tenants to sign agreement and concent letter for developing the land in this kind of situation what tenants can do? should they pay the rent? if yes, then to whome? how?

they may deposit the rent in the court as there is confusion regarding the ownership.
