Hi,
I have been called upon by an arbitrator ( a retired judge) on a specific date to settle some dispute with my previous employer.
1) Is it necessary to go to the arbitrator?
2) What will happen if I don't appear?
3) Is it possible to attend the arbitration via Phone?
