i have a house on 250 sq yards and have a electricity bill,water bill from last 40 years can any one claim on my house

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you are the Owner, nobody else can claim on your house. If you are not the Owner, the real Owner can claim it and ask you to vacate his house, regardless of the number of years you have been occupying it.
