Meri grand mother ne hamaare ghar ki ek will banai thi , jo mere papa aur mere uncle ke naam par hai.will registered hai aur witness ke bhi sign hai, meri dadi swargwas ho chuki hai. Ab mere ek dusre uncle jo. 40 years se door rehte hai. koi aana jana nahi rakhte hai. Ab aakar hissa maang rahe hai.

1- First kya yeh wll valid maani jayegi

2- If yes, hum apne naam (mummy papa) par new patta ghar ka banva sakte hai

3- old Patta me mere dada ka naam hai, dadi ka nahi hai.aur na hi mere papa ka, plzzz suggest me

who was the registered owner of the property. How did your grandmother inherit the property??/The will will be valid if she was the rightful owner of the property. If her title is defective than the property cannot be bequeathed in terms of the will. for furthwer query contact 9312411481
