Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India
Sir I have been working with a small technical support company and our usual salary date 07th of every month couple of days before they said that they do not want my services any more when I asked hour about the salary that if in case we terminate some one we don't pay any thing or I can send them my resignation then they will send my full and final after 45 days since I m not the permenent resident so I have to pay my rent and other expensis so I don't umderstand what to do so please help me what should I do

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please refer to the terms and conditions mentioned in your letter of appointment and act accordingly. If the Company does not need your services, and if you are in urgent need of funds, you should ask the Company to terminate you from service, give your final dues along with a certificate of employment and close the matter.

You have not stated, what is your job function and your position; i.e. White Colored job or otherwise.
From what you have stated; you may approach labor commissioner and file a complaint against Company with their office.
