Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

I want to write an agreement with an acquaintance, stating I will be given permission to interior design for their house such that my artistic freedom is not hampered, and all the money received by disposal of their objects (in a way acceptable to them) will be given to the them, and them only. Do i need a stamp paper for this?

You can draft the terms and conditions between you and your acquaintance on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- denomination.
