Legal Question in Military Law in Pakistan

if someone has a case against someone else .. and after court trial the abused person get released without any punishment .. then can he make case of hatak e izat against that person or not ?

If after trial court released the accused person and declared him innocent then definitely he has right to file a suit for defamation and damages.
