Recently my mother fell and broke her arm while on tour in Monaco. I believe the Tour operator was negligent. I would like more informatiion concerning my mother rights to recover for her loss.

Unless the tour company has a location in USA you would have to sue in MOnaco. Assuming they are in the USA then you would have to use them where they do business. Have you tried simply making a claim to the tour company directly. I am sure they have insurance to cover this.

You would have to show the negligence and damages which would include medcial bills, pain and suffering, lost wages.
