Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We have 5 Bigha Agricultural Land in Uttar Pradesh having equal proportion of 2.5 bigha each of two brother. Both Land are far from each other. The land has not been partitioned yet.
We have been cultivating on the land for the last 20 years.My uncle has partitioned the land in the absence of my father and cultivating without my permission.There was no from my family member at the time partition. Was it justified?

Ask your uncle to get the partition recorded in writing by a partition deed and take possession of land verbal partition without your consent is not valid.If things dont work out file a suoit for partition.
