I ahve purchased a flat from builder in bangalore. Now after registration and final hand over time builder is asking late payment charges(delay from bank to issue loan).
I thinks its illegal because property is already registered with my name and later to bank.He is not giving me posession certificate and key.Please advice me if i can go legal.

Dear Abhay,
If there has been a delay by the bank in payment of your loan amount to the builder, it is advisable and recommended to pay and settle the interest for the delayed period and settle the matter.
