hope you will be fine and enjoying good health. actually, I needed to get in touch with Lawguru over some property matters. kindly tell us if there is a piece of land between two neighbors and both want to purchase it. let's suppose one of them purchase that piece of land.
The question arises here is there any possibility of the second neighbor to use his " Haqq e Shufa" for that piece of land which is already being purchased by the first neighbor within the prescribed period of time of 3 months?

dear if the other one is willing to purchase then he got the right of Shuffa.

but first one need to discuss with any lawyer before purchase .

there are few tips to defend the shuffa
