I am Ashok Manogar Gadkari Purchase old flat mumbai India Ghatkoper . at a time purchase society no issue NOC for Bank Loan Purpose .Noc in Bank Loan Purpose require compulsari . In Bank spical case bank loan issue I take pusion of home .I After that i clear all due & application for membership I gave Document to society with fee .What I do ?
2 ) In society Notice society attach Notice one marathi Paper citing society all right to cancel membership
How i gate society Audit report ?

Dear Ashok,
If the Society refuses to acknowledge and accept your application for membership within 90 days, you can complain to the Dy. Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies against the Society to intervene and get the Society to accept your application for membership.
