i have bought a site , which was developed by beml housing co-opertive society. the seller has sold his ancestral property to the society (along with the consent of legal heirs) . the society has given a free site to this seller by executing a register sale deed in favor of this seller, later this seller has sold the site to us , is the sellers legal heir has any right on this site please expalin
